Harry Potter Video Capture & Retailing
Product developement for client at the Harry Potter Experience. Development of new video cature, production & retail counter demonstartion system for the visitors at green screen experience.
Office Relocation 200 Staff
Techical & design company relocation of all staff & operations. New offices were fitted out in prepartion. The project also included the delapidations & disposal of the old offices.
High Speed Packaging Lines With Robot Palletising.
Bagging process. Project management of design, supply, installation & comissioning for high speed bagging lines. Equipment suppliers from central Europe.
Recycling Plant
Significant capital investment & tight time timescales increased the need for strong project management on this “first of a kind” Recycling plant. Integration of systems & equipment suppliers from USA, Switzerland, Italy & UK. Interaction with regulatory bodies were also required throughout the life cycle of the project.
3D Simulator Photo Capture - Product Development
Theme park in France – Overhaul of the 190 seat attraction including a photo capture system & retail unit. Development of new product to interact with the show & capture the guest experience. Project included hardware & software development.
Off Shore Factory Establishment
Plastics factory establishment in Shanghai. Blow moulding & plastics injection moulding operation set up in a new purpose built facility.
Food Packaging Factory & Warehouse Layout & Relocation
